Ryze Trampoline Park is a chain of trampoline parks operated in Europe and Asia and owned by Circus Trix in Utah.

Following a successful opening, Ryze further appointed us to seek an additional floor for their new project -- the Ninja Obstacle Course.

The Challenge
The minimum ceiling requirement for a trampoline park is at a minimal height of 19ft, they also asked for a location large enough for an open layout for as many features as possible. With Hong Kong’s traditional low ceiling height, and tight building usage restrictions, this proved to be a near impossible task to undertake.
How we helped
Our team first conducted lengthy site research and surveying, before deciding on Quarry Bay. We were able to negotiate with the landlord to locate Ryze in an advantageous locale. To situate their ninja obstacle course at a later date, we determined that Ryze should leverage the landlord’s offer to keep the sites within the same building, and we negotiated a renewal of the existing lease together with the new lease at a competitive rate.
Ryze remains the largest trampoline park in Hong Kong, situated in a prominent and easy-to-access location for customers to enjoy.
