Fit-out Project Management
Our Role
We were appointed as the fit-out project manager to handle the tendering process, design, and on-site management for the construction of their new office in Hung Hom.
How we helped
Conducted a questionnaire to determine the new office requirements (e.g. staff spacing, showcase and meeting room allocation, and the desired general look and feel of the office”).
Invited 3 design and construction companies to participate in a comprehensive tender process.
Detailed inquiries were made regarding the previous similar projects of the companies, (i.e. cost and time references).
Design briefs were provided to the designers, and meetings were arranged to discuss their initial office designs and quotations.
The quotations were broken down for a fair comparison, ensuring an apples-to-apples basis to make an informed decision.
Upon selecting the fit-out company, the project continued to be monitored throughout the fit-out process, with any defects identified on-site and rectified promptly to prevent delays.
Deckers expressed satisfaction with the final result, appreciating the dedication and attention to detail in the fit-out project management.
