Our Role
Randox reached out to us for assistance with their expansion into Hong Kong, seeking a solution to establish a laboratory in Hong Kong that aligns with UK specifications.
How we helped
Due to the complexity of the requirements, we conducted extensive research on the available properties in the market.
In addition to size and location, we also surveyed factors such as floor loading, lift size and loading capacity, wall thickness, and the general condition of the buildings, considering the specific needs of a medical laboratory.
Based on the decision maker's arrival, we prepared a list of suitable property listings, allowing them to make informed decisions on their office and lab before leaving Hong Kong.
Randox also appointed us as the fit-out project manager for the office and lab. We conducted thorough background research, comparing regulations between Hong Kong and the UK, to enable the client to make the best-informed decisions.
Through regular site visits and reporting to their head office, Randox was able to have their office and lab built in Hong Kong without needing dedicated staff on-site.
