Scope of Work

We were appointed to assist Hamilton Lane with their expansion plan, specifically in establishing their regional headquarters in Hong Kong.

After obtaining a full understanding of their requirements, we conducted inspections with the Director of Hong Kong and initiated negotiations with the shortlisted options.
Successfully negotiated a significant rent concession of approximately 17% despite a rising market.
Hamilton Lane also appointed us as the fit-out project manager for their office.
Handled the contractor tender process, design steps, furniture selection, and provided routine on-site management.
The Managing Director of Hamilton Lane's Hong Kong Headquarters expressed great satisfaction with the outcome, leading to our continued role as their real estate representative and project manager in the subsequent years.
