Our Role

We were appointed to assist Scottrade in their mission to expand into the Asian market, with Hong Kong being their first office and headquarters location.

How we helped

  • Decision makers were provided with a comprehensive orientation of the Hong Kong market and practices to facilitate their informed decision-making.

  • A report on the offices of Scottrade's competitors was provided to establish parameters for the office location.

  • A survey of IT requirements was conducted to ensure that the shortlisted buildings were capable of supporting the necessary infrastructure.

  • Scottrade established its first Asia office in a prime location and achieved significant cost savings through successful negotiations.
