A warehouse of sufficient size was urgently needed for the client within a certain time frame.

After a change of plans, we were able to successfully dispose of the warehouse at short notice without reprimands, allowing the tenant to save several million dollars. The tenant was able to meet their needs while maintaining flexibility in case of different plans.
