The Challenge
The retail mall was underperforming and must be actively managed and repositioned.
How we helped
VestAsia has won the competitive bid to carry out the repositioning, rebranding and marketing of the shopping centre. The project’s goals are to:
advise on how to best revamp the property with an improved layout;
oversee the tenant mix and rebranding of the shopping centre;
set up the mall management operating systems; and
carry out the recruitment and training of a new centre management team to run the centre upon completion.
